Eligibility For Returns
You may request a return or refund in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong item compared to your order
- The product received is spoiled, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered
- Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, as food items are perishable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or stored improperly
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products reported after the allowed return request time
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our support team with your Order ID and issue details.
- Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
- Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
Refund Process
- If the issue is verified, we will approve a refund or replacement.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
- The refund will be credited within 5–7 working days after approval.
Replacement Policy
If the product is eligible, we may offer a replacement for the same item depending on product availability. If the product is not available, a full refund will be issued.
