  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, as food items are perishable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or stored improperly
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products reported after the allowed return request time

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Refund Process

Replacement Policy
